This facility is located directly across the street from Ford's Stamping plant in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Within this facility, we operate 6 blanking lines with up to a 30-ton capacity with uncoiler, leveling and stacking capabilities as well as a state of the art Sheet Fed Laser Blanker. This allows us to process Class A ,Non-Class A and Unexposed/Exposed Aluminum surface blanks.
